F4T flat filter panels are mainly made from high-quality knitted fabrics, offering good mechanical resistance and excellent durability. This type of material is particularly suitable for prefiltration, allowing efficient capture of coarse particles such as dust, fibers and insects. In this configuration, the panels are generally in ISO Coarse classes (G3 / G4), used as the first filtration stage to protect equipment and extend the life of installations.
Depending on application requirements, flat filter panels can also be manufactured from filter media, achieving higher filtration levels. This configuration offers better retention of fine particles while maintaining good airflow. The panels can thus achieve ISO ePM10 (M5 / M6) filtration classes, suitable for environments requiring higher filtration performance.
