F4T pleated filter panels are designed for efficient filtration in a compact format. Their structure incorporates a pleated filter media that significantly increases the filtration surface while optimizing space.

The filter panel is reinforced with a metal support ensuring excellent mechanical stability and high resistance to airflow. This design guarantees high dust holding capacity, controlled pressure drop and consistent performance over time.

Easy to install and replace, they are a reliable and high-performance solution for ventilation, air conditioning and air treatment systems.

F4T pleated filter panels consist of high-quality filter media, ensuring excellent particle retention capacity while maintaining good airflow.

Depending on application requirements, the filter media can be reinforced with a corrugated stainless steel mesh, guaranteeing better mechanical strength and increased resistance to airflow and operational stresses.

For applications requiring regular maintenance, a washable version can be offered, using nylon fabric suitable for cleaning and repeated use, while maintaining stable filtration performance.

Pleated filter panels are available in several filtration classes to meet the different requirements of ventilation and air treatment systems:

Prefiltration – ISO Coarse (G3 / G4)

Intended for capturing large particles above 10 microns (visible dust, pollen, insects), prefiltration constitutes the first protection barrier for HVAC systems. ISO Coarse filters (G3 / G4) are used as the first filtration stage to protect higher stages and extend the life of the installation.

ISO ePM1 filters (F8 / F9) offer high efficiency against the most penetrating fine particles. Depending on the filter media used, some pleated panels can achieve these performance levels for applications requiring more demanding filtration.
